Scope of use

• The calculators, planners, and playbooks are for hobby and small apiary planning (0-50 hives) and are not a substitute for professional veterinary, legal, or agronomic advice.
• Outcomes depend on local climate, forage, equipment, and management choices. Always verify treatments, dosages, and timings with local authorities before taking action.

Data and communications

• Transactional emails (checklist delivery and contact replies) are sent via Resend and contain only what you request.
• Newsletter signups receive the checklist plus occasional practical updates but can unsubscribe via any message or the contact form.
• Contact messages are kept briefly so we can respond and improve the tools; they are not shared outside the team.

Liability

We make no warranties about tool results or uptime. Use this site as a planning aid and confirm critical actions (treatments, feeds, splits) with a mentor or local regulators. Report errors through the contact page so we can fix them promptly.

Intellectual property
